Elliott Grimshaw manages the construction of Pacific Waterfront Partners’ projects. He has more than 20 years experience in project management and 25 years experience as a builder and contractor. His San Francisco project experience includes 135 Post Street (Gumps) and construction of a new office building at 275 Sacramento Street. |

Debra Viall provides financial analysis, due diligence and underwriting services to Pacific Waterfront Partners. Viall has extensive portfolio analysis and reporting experience for institutional separate accounts, commingled funds and private REITs with real estate assets in excess of $4 billion. |

Lisa Spearman
Senior Property Manager
Lisa Spearman manages the Pacific Waterfront Partner properties and is responsible for managing Class A office tenants and premier restaurant and retail tenants. Bringing over 15 years of experience, Spearman oversees leasing, contract negotiation and financing for the properties. Her San Francisco area project experience includes Piers 1 1/2, 3 & 5, The Ferry Building and Oakland City Center.
